MUA Industrial Action at Patrick Terminals Brisbane

Attention: Shipping Manager

We have been advised by Patrick Terminals that the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) will carry out industrial action at their terminal in Brisbane.

The details of this action are given below:

• Days on which an employee is rostered as ‘off/avail’, there will be a ban on attending work starting from 11pm Friday 28^th May 2021 and finishing at 11pm Sunday 30^th May 2021.
• A ban on working overtime at Fisherman Island (Brisbane), starting from 11pm Friday 28^th May 2021 and finishing at 11pm Sunday 30^th May 2021.

Please expect some delays and disruptions to vessel schedules and container operations during this period.
