MUA Industrial Action at Patrick Terminals Fremantle

Further to our previous notices about Maritime Union of Australia’s (MUA) Industrial action at Patrick Terminals, we have been advised that the action at Fremantle terminal will be further extended.

Details of these additional actions are given below:

• Days on which an employee is rostered as ‘off/avail’, there will be a ban on attending work starting from 7am Tuesday 25^th May 2021 and finishing at 7am Tuesday 8^th June 2021.
• 1 hour of work stoppage at 6am, 2pm and 10pm each day, starting from 27^th May 2021 and finishing on 4^th June 2021 (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

Please expect some delays and disruptions to vessel schedules and container operations during this period due to the labour shortage.
